Every hire includes delivery and professional cleaning. Prices below are a starting point for smaller jobs. Over 100 chair covers, we quote, because the right price depends on your venue, times and styling.

We contact the venue ourselves about parking, loading and access times. You won't get a single logistics question from us.

Your bump-in is at 5am. So is ours.
Give us the venue's access times and we staff to them. If the room needs to be clear by midnight, it will be.

How many chair covers can you supply for one event?
We have supplied 900 to 1,000 chair covers for a single event from our own stock. Tell us your guest numbers and we will confirm availability.
Will your crew work early bump-ins and late pack-downs?
Yes. 5am set-ups and midnight pack-downs are normal for us. Send us the venue's access times and we staff the job to fit.
How much notice do you need?
A week is usually enough, as long as we don't already have a booking that clashes. If your event is sooner, call us and we'll tell you straight away.
Do you deal with the venue directly?
Yes. We contact the venue about parking, loading, access and timing ourselves, so you don't have to pass messages between us.
How much does event linen hire cost?
Chair covers start at $3 a chair delivered or $5 installed, tablecloths at $20 and napkins at $2.50, including delivery and cleaning. Jobs over 100 chair covers are quoted to your venue and times.
